What happens if a playgroup session is cancelled?

We need a minimum of 10 signed up to hold each playgroup session. If we don’t reach that number, we’ll have to cancel the session. You will be notified by the evening before, and will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to a future date. This helps us keep things fun, prepared, and well-organized for everyone!

If a session is cancelled by FHF due to unforeseen circumstances (such as foul weather), you will have the choice of a full refund or transfer to a future date.

What if I need to cancel my session?

If you need to cancel for personal reasons, we’re happy to offer you a voucher to attend another session. The voucher can be used for any available future session (subject to availability).
