What happens if a playgroup session is cancelled?

If a session is cancelled by FHF due to unforeseen circumstances (such as foul weather), you will have the choice of:

• Receiving a full refund, or

• Transferring your session to another available date.

What if I need to cancel my session?

If you need to cancel for personal reasons, we’re happy to offer you a voucher to attend another session. The voucher can be used for any available future session (subject to availability).
